Their lack of discretion led them to target a cybersecurity professional's site, resulting in the exposure of their IP addresses and contact information. Legal action is imminent, and their customer service, as evidenced by my recent interaction, inadvertently provided crucial information for building a case against them. Proceed with caution when dealing with this unscrupulous entity.
