I can totally relate! Working as an admin for this company has been a nightmare. Customer complaints about delayed orders and missing refunds have become a daily occurrence. It's frustrating to see how the company mishandles these issues and just deletes complaints instead of addressing them. Both me and the other admin have had enough of this chaos, and we've stepped down from our roles. Dealing with angry customers constantly bombarding our personal messenger has taken a toll on us. It's time for a change, and I hope the company takes the necessary steps to improve their customer service.

The items took weeks to come and when they did they were the wrong size much smaller than I ordered .what a load of rubbish the drill pen is I could of got it fo a couple of pounds on eBay and chucked it out so a waste of £9.99. I kept emailing them and they just fobbed me off. Straight from China I’m afraid load of rubbish don’t bother it’s cheaper to go to amazon .But better quality from amazon and you get decent customer service. I hope you lose your business you are a bunch of thieves .
I had a great experience with their customer service. I couldn't find the painting I needed online, so I sent them an email. The very next day, they responded with photos and more information. I placed my order, and the items arrived within 5 days. I've used them before, and I'll definitely continue to do so. They offer good quality products and excellent service. I highly recommend them!
Avoid Diamond-paintings.co.uk at all costs! I made an order on 8th April 2023, paid $182.58 US, and to this day (26th Jule 2023), I haven't received my goods. They completely ignore my emails, no response whatsoever. Terrible service and a waste of money. Don't make the same mistake I did, stay away from this supplier!
