Zero rate if could . Absolute scammers

Rated 1 out of 5 stars If was a zero I would. If was a zero I would.. missing items confirmed by driver and photo .. total £4.50 and refunded £2.10 .. not the first time this has happened.. someone’s making money off this scam .. customer service is worst ever known .. account deleted and I recommend avoid as it’s legalised theft

We tryed Deliveroo today for the first time and defintely the last. We made a order, sat for a hour with no food, looked at my VISA and saw a pending charge from Deliveroo. When I contacted them, they said there was no order at all, even tho my account shows they took it. And all this just for a Mc Donald's! Won’t be coming back.

Absolutely terrible company!!

Absolutely terrible company!! I ordered from a restaurant tonight and the first delivery was stolen by one of the drivers! The restaurant called to check if we had received it, and of course, I said no! They contacted Deliveroo and were told they won’t get any compensation. The restaurant kindly replaced our meal out of their own pocket and had another driver bring it. However, the driver didn’t handle the food well and gave me a bag full of liquid that was supposed to be my drinks. When I told him it had leaked all over my garden, he just said, "Oh I know!" Absolutely terrible service! I then spoke with customer support, and they were useless and didn’t want to help. Now I’m taking this further! I WON’T BE USING THEM AGAIN!!! Completely ruined my birthday dinner!!

Not dependable at all.

Not dependable at all. Staff dont seem to understand much. They dont stick to their policys about paying back when they mess up delivery times. Stuff comes broken or old or just not there, and you cant get help from anyone. Ended my sub. Just money and time thrown away.
