Over promising and No delivery should be their tagline. They are a pure scam company. During onboarding I specifically asked if they have placed someone from by background and domain (I am an ex-PSU banker with a career gap) and how does the format works, to which the representative **** made all kinds of promises even quoting that I will land a much higher CTC than I was then aiming for. As soon as i joined the platform started showing systematic errors and only after 1.5 months my auto apply feature was activated that too when i was in continuous contact with the support team for resolution. After a month itself I was fed up and since the platform didn't even apply for a single job till then I sought refund of 25,000/- paid under the "Elite" plan. From that time, they have been dodging my request. When the platform started auto applying to jobs on my behalf (50 days past my subscription) I requested the team to extend my subscription period of three months from that day, since the platform wasn't supportive before. They flat out declined, then I found out that most of the job applications are not even in congruence with my profile/domain/industry, and till date I have not got a single callback/interview or any response from a recruiter. During this time, I repeatedly have been seeking the status of my refund request and have asked them to connect with me over a video call or phone call multiple times which they are ignoring. I have now decided to approach National Consumer Helpline.
