This company's app-only approach is a real pain. Forgot my password, tried to reset it, and surprise, surprise – their reset system is on the fritz, not sending any emails my way. No phone number to call for help, and they've got their website playing hide-and-seek with any contact info. Now, I'm stuck in a loop – can't make an appointment, can't get the care I need from Circle Medical. This customer service blackout is driving me nuts, and I'm seriously thinking of jumping ship. Who needs this headache when their password reset game is all kinds of broken?

Big shoutout to the docs

Big shoutout to the docs at Circle for the easy access – love that part. But man, the support side is a real pain. You're stuck with chatting, and they take a leisurely 1-2 days to hit you back with a response. No email or call option, so getting help on simple stuff turns into a marathon that lasts weeks. Super frustrating, and I'm seriously thinking about jumping ship soon.

Paid up for services, had the initial appointment, and bam, they go ahead and merge my account. After that, couldn't even log in to access info from the previous visit – talk about frustrating! No full assessment, nada. Tried to get some help, but it was like talking to a brick wall. Dropped 150 bucks for basically zilch. Not the vibe I was hoping for, that's for sure.

The company was amazing. Everything from start to finish was so simple. My boyfriend hates going to the doctor. This made him feel much better. And the doctor was great. She was really nice, understanding and knew a lot. His next appointment is already set up.

Had a solid first go with the whole video appointment thing. Dr. Hillary was top-notch – knew her stuff, broke down my condition and the treatment plan. Super kind and helpful vibes from her. Honestly, I'd give her a big thumbs up and a high recommendation.

I saw an FNP for sleep.

I saw an FNP for sleep. She was very good and talked nicely. She was awake and interested. It didn't feel worse than in-person, same level of attention. She referred appropriately and ordered a remote sleep test.
