The company's delay in sending out samples and the fact that they charge an Architectural firm for ordering samples when specifying their product were disappointing. This experience will make me think twice about going through the process of specifying this product in the future.

I placed an order for samsple on 2/26, with the website stating a delivery time of 3-5 business days. My credit card was charged on the same day. However, it's now been 10 business days, and I haven't received any confirmation email, tracking information, or the samples themselves. Despite reaching out to customer service via email and [email protected], I haven't received any assistance or replies after 6 days. This delay is causing a setback in my remodeling project, extending it by at least one week. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. I'm hopeful that the situation can be resolved, but as of now, it's been frustrating.

Well, aside from the order confirmation, it's been crickets on updates for my order. Two weeks in, and I'm left in the dark – no clue if it's even shipped. Not exactly winning any gold stars for communication, that's for sure.

I did not get a feedback from customer service. I got this email asking for show the service is doing but did not get any. It’s been 1 week + since ordering samples and it does not seem like it shipped yet.
