    I noticed from the first time I reached out how quick they were to arrange a visit that fit my schedual. When the engineer arrived, he listened to my issue and explained each step he was taking, also answered all my questions without making me feel silly, and what I did not understand he was happy to clarify.

    The electrical consumer board kept cutting out on Sunday.

    The electrical consumer board kept cutting out on Sunday. I have British Gas Homecare covering electrics, so I booked a visit for Monday. Sadly, some wiring was burnt, hurting the consumer board, so the power had to be turned off until it could be fixed. The engineer gave a quote straight away and set up a replacement for Tuesday morning. They arrived before 8am and finished by 12:30. Really happy with the service, thank you.
