During a recent chat, I was eventually connected to someone claiming to be a customer support manager from Betwinner. Despite not requesting a call, he contacted me and behaved rudely. He even threatened to block my account and withhold my funds, leaving me feeling frustrated and upset. I am unsure why they rejected my withdrawal and treated me poorly. I hope Trustpilot can assist in addressing these issues, as it seems Betwinner may be attempting to scam its users out of their funds.

People may lose their money only for it's wagering example if we got a bonus of 50 USD then we need to wager it 25 Times with real money and it's not possible in any condition cause they don't allow people to use bonus balance for wagering that's their minus point. Wagering requirement of 25 times with real money is not possible that's why they should allow people to use bonus balance also for wagering.
