factory-sealed and genuine, but the packaging left much to be desired. The shrink-wrap was creased in a few places and had a tiny hole, and the box had a dent on one side - probably from not enough cushioning during shipment.

The package came with very little protection-no bubble wrap at all, so the booster boxes were moving around and rubbing each other. Really needs better packiging.

4 stars because they say order now and get it tomorrow, but it takes a bit longer, still 5 stars for the service. I ordered 2 times now and I am happy with it. Last order they forgot 1 pack of toploaders! I emailed on Friday, got a reply the same day, and on Tuesday I already had my missing pack of toploaders! So the service is well handled right now.
