I was hoping for a genuine trial experience, but it feels more like a trap. Companies should let users cancel easily without locking them out. It's not fair to small creators who are just trying to get started. And then there's the $99 fee they're refusing to refund—it just doesn't sit right. I hope Brian and the team reconsider their approach.
