I decided to get the little trial — three days for free or £1, if I’m not mistaken. I subscribed to what I believed was the three-day free trial for £1. I was charged £1, and then just a few seconds later I got a notification from my bank saying I had been charged another £25.99 from the same app. I contacted their customer service, and they told me to cancel my subscription and that a refund would be processed back to my card. I waited, but nothing was cancelled and no refund was issued. I contacted them again, and this time they sent me screenshots claiming that I had chosen the £25.99 option — something I never saw. I clearly know what I’m selecting, and I did not choose that. They said they cannot issue a refund because “it was my choice.” Please, do not download this app. Even if they show you an option for £1, they will charge you more and later claim you selected it. Don’t use this app. It’s a complete scam.
