After starting my trial and trying this app, I tried to cancel my subscription. However I couldn‘t do it online as it showed me an error. So then I have sent an email asking them to cancel my subscription as it was not possible due to their poor website and error showing. They wrote me back that they wrote me back that they have cancelled my subscription. What a surprise when they have taken money from my account! I queried this with them to refund it as it was cancelled in the trial period,but they kept telling me that I have not cancelled my subscription, but I had a proof with their email.. Anyhow, I had to contact my bank to sort this and guess what? suddenly they are writing me that they will issue a refund.

And don't trust the replies to these reviews either. Scammy company with scammy services and an app designed to suck money out of your wallet. I had to cancel my card. I purchased the three days subscription for 1.21 EUR out of curiosity. From there, you're one click away from confirming the download of a useless pdf that costs 29.99 EUR. The button to select "no, I don't want to download this" is purposely small and hidden under the big "Download" button. The support team hides behind the terms and conditions.

I canceled within the 24-hour window to avoid additional charges, as advised. When I reached out to request a refund, they refused. It’s unacceptable to use deceptive practices and pre-selected options to take money from people. Don’t waste your money!!!

Signed up for a 1$ trial and got debited €49.19 with no warning and without my consent. Sent multiple emails with different ticket IDs (2PG7M1 and SLWO2W) and I’m being successfully ignored by the costumer service. An utter scam.

Do not subscribe to this site. It’s junk. I canceled my subscription and they still keep charging me. It’s a giant hassle do not subscribe.
