Interesting deception - their involvement in mediating a service is dubious. I've never engaged with any "palm reading" or "astrology" app anywhere, yet they somehow acquire my PayPal information through an undisclosed site. The connections to Nicosia and such hint at organized crime. The seemingly positive ratings appear artificially generated by bots. They've managed to pilfer over 100€ from me, despite having no subscription with them. Now, the challenge lies in figuring out how to thwart additional charges. It appears that PayPal itself has been compromised in this unsettling situation.

Imagine losing money without even knowing it! I stumbled upon this site, and the nightmare began. The website is designed so poorly that any click could accidentally lead to a purchase. When I emailed them to cancel and get a refund, they responded quickly at first. But guess what? For three months, $29 USD kept disappearing from my account! Shocking, right? Their shady business practices are unbelievable, and now they’re ghosting my emails. Avoid this company at all costs—protect your wallet and your sanity!

Well, at first, I made a lil donation to see a report from Nebula app. But, while doing so in the sunlight, I missed the lil print saying there'd be an auto subscription after 7 days trial. Got billed 39.00 EUR after those 7 days. Reached out to their support team for a refund. They responded fast and were ready to compromise. Appreciated that after a couple of quick email exchanges, they agreed to and quickly issued a full refund. Thanks to Harry and Scott of the customer support center especially.

I tried the $1 reading, but got charged $71. When I asked for a refund, they said only 50% was possible. It took a threat to involve my bank for them to agree to a full refund. They also sneakily sign you up for a $40/month web subscription that's tricky to cancel within the app. I couldn't even check if the horoscopes were accurate because I was too busy dealing with getting scammed. Stick to magazine horoscopes and avoid downloading this app.

I'm incredibly disappointed with the Nebula app. My attempt to purchase a $0.50 natal chart report turned into a financial nightmare. They overcharged me, hitting me with a $49.99 fee and an additional $14.99 for unwanted extras. It's frustrating and unfair. I urgently need assistance to rectify this situation and recover my money, especially considering the high impact on my currency.

Fortunately, the support team recognized the issue and offered to refund half the amount, provide credits, and allow me to access two free reports. They also canceled my subscription. Well, the company doesn't quite match up to what they boast in their ads. Also, their website is pretty shoddy. There's this button supposed to let you skip offers, but it's broken. So, you might end up getting charged for stuff you didn't want. Plus, there's no heads up or confirmation message to tell you if you accepted or declined the offer.

I don't even know how they got my account details, so I have to leave very little money in this account, very annoying. I can't find any contact details, but now nebula support helped me quickly and efficiently. I thank them for that.
