In November 2023, I invested over £500 in a set of two Ahsoka sabers from Saberpro. Unfortunately, upon arrival, one of the sabers did not function properly. The internal electrical components responsible for sound and light were severely damaged, with split wires and two wires not even connected. I promptly reached out to Saberpro, only to be informed that they needed three days to address the issue. However, this response was reiterated multiple times over the course of a month. To my dismay, the resolution process took an unexpected turn. Instead of offering a replacement or refund for the damaged item, which should have been the case given that it arrived in a defective state (as their website falsely claims otherwise), Saberpro opted for a warranty case. Much to my disbelief, they sent out the components for me to repair the saber myself. This approach was both impractical and unreasonable, considering my lack of qualifications to disassemble, reassemble, or fix such intricate devices. Adding insult to injury, the company now plans to send me instructions on how to repair the electrical components in the saber independently. This level of customer service is truly disgusting. When a product arrives in a faulty condition, one would expect the company to take the appropriate and ethical course of action – either replacing the entire item or facilitating a refund. Unfortunately, Saberpro fell short of these expectations. Regrettably, based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company when considering future saber purchases.

I spent almost $1500 on 2 Sabors, one being the Anaken Pro 2.2 with a hard case, which was the pricier of the two. Unfortunately, the Anaken Pro 2.2 arrived faulty and wouldn't turn on. Interestingly, the cheaper Sabor worked without any issues. The SaborPro team sent me a complicated engineering video, suggesting I dismantle and fix the issue myself, which seemed unreasonable. This didn't work anyway, as the start button was stuck due to a manufacturing problem. I requested either a replacement Sabor or a full refund, as I didn't expect to receive a faulty product after spending so much money, nor did I want to troubleshoot it myself. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response from them. Now, my only recourse seems to be involving consumer affairs. Potential buyers should be cautious.

This connectivity issue has been a source of frustration, hindering the overall user experience. I bought the baselit Fallen light

I bought the baselit Fallen light saber from Saberspro. It’s my first saber, and I’m very happy with it. The hilt feels sturdy and is easy to handle. The design is amazing. It has a lot of sound and light features. It came with a case that locks, a stand for display, tools to attach the blade, and extra screws. Shipping was quick too, I got it in about a week. Customer service was also good, they checked on my order.

Sabers are a bit pricy, but that's normal.

Sabers are a bit pricy, but that's normal. As for the product, I amazed a group of geeks when I brought them to an event and they still haven't broken on me or even shown signs of it. They also don't loosen, unlike other sabers at this price. This means I waste less time screwing back in the pvc.

From what I've seen, everything seems to be working fine. Lost a handle piece, which is a bit of a bummer. Hopefully, it shows up soon. Also, it's hard to see in bright light, but I don't think there's a solution for that.
