My feel has been quite good

My feel has been quite good with Anytime Mailbox. Website and app work smoothly, and the service is super handy. However, it's key to check the store handling your mail, 'cause it's third-party spots getting it, not Anytime Mailbox. Also, prices might differ lots, so understand the pricing of your chosen spot.

I had my mail coming to me for a while, but then it just stopped. I called multiple times, and they kept saying sorry and promised to call back. I've been without mail for a while now, probably getting fees and collections. I've called them more than 10 times, and they kept saying they're handling it. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, who promised to sort it out, but I still haven't got my mail. I lost all electronic scans of important documents, and they can't give me a timeline for when I'll get my mail back. This was a terrible experience! I can't recommend this service to anyone!

I got a personal mailbox to start my business.

I got a personal mailbox to start my business. Since I didn't have all the business documents yet, I used my personal details. I paid $25 for notarization. Later, I got the LLC documents and asked if I could use the mailbox for my business. The support manager said no, I needed to register again with business documents. I did that, but they rejected my USPS Form 1583 and Lease Agreement, saying it was in a foreign language. My Lease Agreement was in both English and Spanish. I'm confused. I gave them all the legal papers, but they keep rejecting them. I can't activate the mailbox without it.

Had an incredibly disappointing experience dealing with our Canadian virtual address through Anytime Mailbox. I requested a scan a month ago and have received no response whatsoever. After numerous attempts to follow up with customer service, I was met with slow and ineffective support. To add insult to injury, the letter we specifically asked to be scanned was ultimately shredded. It's evident that their provider selection for specific regions, particularly in Canada, is severely lacking. The support system is sluggish and offers little assistance, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of letters and the importance of the documents involved. I've decided to sever ties with them altogether and strongly suggest exploring alternatives. Thankfully, there are plenty of other options available, and the process is practically the same across the board – various providers in different cities and regions with established contracts. While our virtual mailboxes in the United States with Anytime Mailbox have been tolerable, the experience outside of those regions has been abysmal. The so-called "vetted" providers they claim to have in place lack quality control, resulting in the mishandling and potential loss of crucial documentation. Caution is advised when considering Anytime Mailbox for locations outside the United States, as their track record suggests a lack of reliability and proper handling of important documents.
