I got the Aurora LightPad MAX fast. Cord and brick converter had problem. Called Alaska Northern Lights. They sent new light and UPS Return Label. Quick and simple. Light is great, so bright and powerful. Good job.

Bulb is being all over the country

Bulb is being all over the country and ended up five miles from my post office five days ago and now was sent to another state and small town post office for delivery. Has taken forever and I don't have it yet.
