However, the promo policy threw me off a bit. As a first-time seller, they offered a half-off fees promo, but they didn't mention that I wouldn't get all the proceeds upfront. my experience with WORTHY has been an absolute nightmare! I shipped them two brand new watches, each with factory tags, and they claim the FedEx guy got robbed on delivery day (yeah, right). They promised my stuff would be safe and fully insured, but now they're offering me an insurance settlement that's like pocket change compared to the watches' value. I ain't asking for the full $18k, but come on, at least give me 55% of what they're worth! We've been going back and forth, and there's no way we can agree on a fair deal. I sent these watches to sell and cover urgent medical treatment costs, but it's been a total disaster. This mess started in July 2023, and here we are, still no fair settlement in sight. I'm beyond stressed – had to cancel my treatment and everything. Honestly, wish I'd trusted my gut and never sent my jewelry their way. Lesson learned, folks: think twice before dealing with a place like this.
