After I retired, I found myself reading much more. It's a fun hobby but can get pricey—until I found World of Books, who focus on selling secondhand books. Their prices are reasonable, the book quality is clearly noted, they offer a vast range, and delivery is quick and free. Plus, I get to feel good about recycling! When I'm done with the books, I donate them to local charity shops to support good causes. I still buy new books from favorite authors for vacation reads, but I highly suggest WOB for browsing and discovering new reads.

Over the past couple of years, I've bought a lot of books

Over the past couple of years, I've bought a lot of books, usually around 4 every month. I tend to go for nearly new or very good condition. Until recently, the books were always in great shape, but in the last few months, I've received two or three that were more like shabby condition, definitely not 'very good'. This week I ordered another four, and while the price is great (buy 3, get the 4th free), I'm hoping the books I get will be in 'very good' condition. If not, I might have to look for a new supplier.

WOB - easy to find online with

WOB - easy to find online with that simple acronym: WOB. I like the site's layout, and books are usually cheaper than other sites with many deals. Used books are described well but sometimes arrive, happily, in nearly perfect condition. I visit less now as I use my paperwhite for most reading due to my eyesight. But if I can't find a Kindle book or it's cheaper on WOB, WOB is where I go.

The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Wob is excellent and you can see their love for books. The books came quickly and were packed nicely. I liked the included bookmarks and the delivery updates. Highly recommended for book fans everywhere.

All the books I bought were in neat and good shape. They came within two days after I ordered. They were nicely packed and safe. I wish I could know when ordering if the book, or books, are hardback or not; otherwise, I would have given my normal 5 star rating. In this order, there were two hardback copies which is not my prefence.

Fast delivery as usual but disappointed

Fast delivery as usual but disappointed with the book's condition this time - lots of water damage and moldy pages. It was supposed to be in good or very good condition, but that's not true. Honestly, I'll likely just toss it out.

The books I purchased had English

The books I purchased had English titles, but upon arrival, they were in French, rendering them useless. The return process with WOB incurred expenses, and there was no reimbursement. Additionally, the refund for the books took an unreasonably long time. This experience has left me with no intention of utilizing WOB in the future.
