Whataburger is great.
Whataburger is great. When I think of Texas, I think H-E-B, Rangers Baseball, and Whataburger! First of all, the Whataburger Motto is 'Cooked when you order' and that's true! My usual meal is the Honey Barbeque Chicken Sandwich and Root beer to drink. The Sandwich is really moist and tastes great and I always get a large drink. Overall, if you're Texan, you should check it out.

I'm from Texas too, and Whataburger's been here a long time. Lately, they mess up orders a lot. It's annoying. Drive-thru lines move slowly. Still, I give them 4 stars 'cause I love their food. If only they'd get orders right.

My last visit to Whataburger on Rigsby wasn't great.
My last visit to Whataburger on Rigsby wasn't great. The person there asked about donating to military, but she said she didn't mention it later. She didn't give me what I ordered and paid for. Fries were bad, no ketchup as asked. Her attitude was bad. This isn't why we go to a family restaurant. If she doesn't want to do right, she should find another job. I didn't ask for refund. I returned those bad fries back to Whataburger.

Visited the new spot in Sulphur
Visited the new spot in Sulphur, LA, seemed short-staffed. Waited despite not too busy. Front staff appeared new, lacked training. Friendly but needed assistance. Noticed long wait times, staff idle. Eventually left for elsewhere.

Order took 30 min, was cold, cashier had to get keys to unlock register to give me my $10 change he forgot to give me. This store #1361 is the slowest ever. Food is lousy.

Very unhappy with my top meal at eastchase. Tastes like the oil hasn't been swapped in ages. Bun mushy, patty like cardboard. Nothing like I recall. Very upset.
