The food was fine, but too costly

The food was fine, but too costly. $15.00 for a chicken sandwich and $17 for fish and chips. Drinks were pricey too. The water in West Palm Beach tasted like bleach or chlorine. For four people, the bill came to $84.00, which seems high for lunch. There were no lunch specials listed. My family and I probably won’t be coming back to a Red Robin; the prices are too high for us.

Firss time I visited Murfreesboro place in 5 years. Went to the bathroom before ordering--it was gross. Even my 9 yr old girl said it was gross. It looked like they tried to spray the stalls with a cleaner but they forgot to clean the toilets!! I told the hostess.

During my quick visit to pick up an order, I encountered a situation that left me unimpressed. I approached a tall young lady to inquire about my order, but she didn't check and simply said it wasn't ready. Despite my request, she didn't go back to the kitchen. Meanwhile, a group of four young people gathered around, making fun of her height. The atmosphere felt like a high school locker room, with immature behavior and inappropriate comments. The most surprising part was that one of the young men engaged in this childish behavior. I couldn't help but wonder why they were all standing around doing nothing productive. The unprofessionalism displayed during this brief interaction makes me question the overall environment inside the establishment. If this is just a glimpse of the place, I can only imagine how it might be at a table. The lack of positive reviews suggests that management needs to focus on training their staff to behave appropriately around adults. Perhaps a restaurant job isn't suitable for individuals stuck in a grade school mindset. This incident occurred at the Superstition Springs Road location in Mesa.

Our dining experience at Red Robin disappointed on my wife's birthday

Our dining experience at Red Robin, once a regular delight, disappointed on my wife's birthday. The free burger promotion lacked the usual joy—no caramel in the shake, absent napkins and silverware. A neighboring guest received the wrong order, and our server left midway, leaving us attended by a relief staff engaged in a break outside. To top it off, a suggested tip of 22% raised eyebrows. Sadly, this visit lacked the charm we once cherished.

    Their burgers? Meh.

Their burgers? Meh. You can find better at Burger King for way less. Sure, they offer endless fries. Tried the garlic ones; couldn't taste any garlic. Prices? Ridiculous. Burgers used to be good, now they're just meh. Honestly, I'd rather hit up Burger King. Plus, no need to tip there. Service? Not much better.

Celebrating my grandson's birthday turned into a disappointment

Celebrating my grandson's birthday turned into a disappointment. Despite a hefty bill of over $100 for five, with no drinks, just water, the quality of the burgers left much to be desired. The patties were small, and the accompanying fries were cold, limp, and excessively greasy.
