    Disappointing minuscule bland chicken sandwich... Discovered an unpleasant gristle bit, had to toss part of the sandwich... Quite a rip-off, nearly £12 for this... Couldn't contact the restaurant about dietary concerns, making the whole eating ordeal subpar... Only salvageable aspect was the fries... Even if famished, wouldn't consider ordering from Shake Shack again... Bet a McDonald's meal would've been tastier and more economical!!! Noticed Shake Shack doesn't bother acknowledging reviews here... That says a lot, in my view... Steer clear!!!

    £21 for a chicken burger and fries that lacked flavor. Ridiculous! The staff kept bugging for reviews. Well, here it is: food was terrible, couldn't eat in peace, total rip-off. Better to steer clear!
