My recent experience was not great at all. I found myself doubting my choice to go with Topline. The person I dealt with did not seem interested in helping me with what I wanted. Luckily, I received a call from Robert Wingert, who is a real pro. You guys should appreciate him. He helped me sign up for a renewal yesterday since my policy ran out at midnight. The other person didn’t return my call from last week about needing a new policy. She felt like a used car saleeman from a long time ago!
