I appreciate State Farm for handling my claim fast in 2023 and with a great result. I want to say a big thanks to Dawn and Jennie for always being so kind and doing such a great job. State Farm is a jok. They try their hardest

State Farm is a jok. They try their hardest not to pay out claims to people affected by the incompetent people they insure on the road. Prepare to do a run around and waste your time trying to collect your claim. They ask you to get estimates they will later tell you they cannot honor if you decide to use your own body shop to fix damages. Not to mention how they are not honoring over 72,000 peoples insurances in California because they deem them to much of a liability. You’re an insurance company! What do you expect! Your whole business revolves around people having liabilities! Fraud company. Anyone insured by them should immediately cancel their policy and shop around, you will not regret it. State Farm will find ways not to honor your insurance policy with them.

I used to think State Farm was alright until today when I put in a claim because another State Farm customer hit my car from behind, and they gave me an agent who won't return for 4 days, and I need this fixed for work tomorrow because my car ain't safe to drive. I hope they pay for my travel to work 'til my car's fixed. Thanks for letting me down like this.

Until today, I've been quite content with State Farm

Until today, I've been quite content with State Farm, particularly the local branch. My situation is a bit complex. Here are the key details. I received a text saying my car premium was past due, even though I had set up a monthly credit card payment ahead of time. I called the local office multiple times but got no response. I tried to pay online, but could only pay for six months (which was exactly what I was trying to avoid). I called State Farm directly... nothing but automated responses... eventually, I was connected back to the local office... who, it turns out, were out to lunch for 6 hours. I'm extremly frustrated. Like a good neighbor? What a joke.

We submitted a claim for our roof back in August. The inspection took place three weeks later, and it was approved for a full repair. However, we haven't received any updates since then. When I call, I'm told that it's in progress. One person I spoke to mentioned that our claim might have slipped through the cracks. This service needs to improve!
