Stated wif an online application at Kin.com afta seeing good reviews when google searching fo' good home owners insurance in Florida. I realized I needed to talk to a person to fine tune the quote and was happy to call and have Mr. Chris DeNoma, Insurance consultant pickup! His easy goin', warm manner, thorough knowledge base and professional counsel led to securing a well covered and reasonably priced policy today. I had to use chat to clarify an issue on the customer portal and that was smooth as silk. The communications online, texting, .pdf documents, portal setup, were easy, helpful, and now one more big item checked off as we approach our house closing date. Seems like a great team. I’ll recommend without hesitation. Special thanks to Chris DeNoma !

Jose was really good at helping me understand how to get an insurance policy. He was very kind and professional as we went over all the questions and details. He also told me that Kin doesn't use third party brokers or agents, which means no extra fees, and he talked about the credit ratings and reinsurance so I can feel safe choosing Kin. I strongly recomend using Kin Insurance. Awesome customer service!

My experience with the company was pretty good. I had to reach out to support regarding a problem with my home inspection. It was a bit urgent, but Manny from support was there to help. He was professional yet friendly. Manny seemed to really enjoy interacting with people, which made him well-suited for his job.

Lookin' 'round for insurance can be a drag. I checked out the Kin site, asked for a quote, snapped some pics, and boom, got me a new policy for next year. Quick, simple. Saved about 1k compared to my old provider.

The person I talked to from Kin said they can't give me home insurance because I rent out part of my home. Now, I've got an email from their sales team asking how they can assist. Um, hello? You can help by either insuring my home or taking me off your email list.
