I had my first encounter with AAA, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. After absentmindedly leaving my keys in the car, I called AAA, and they arrived promptly in 30 minutes or less, providing efficient and effective assistance. Highly recommended!

I paid my auto insurance bill 10 days ago

I paid my auto insurance bill 10 days ago and haven’t been able to access the insurance card. I keep getting messages that the page is not available now. Now this is 3x’s that message has come up. And why do you hide the most necessary button to get an item you need the most under tons of advertising. Try looking at your competitors websites. There should be a simple button after you pay or log in to get your proof of insurance and it should come up immediately. You have too much stuff on your site. Who gives a dam about auto pay if you can’t get a card!!!!!

I waited over 3 hours for a Car Carrier.

I waited over 3 hours for a Car Carrier. AAA never advised status. I had to call for updates. They could not "find" a local carrier to tow my car. Beautiful 80-degree day. No bad weather, no bad traffic issues. Dispatcher stated they could not "find" a local carrier after THREE HOURS. Don't Buy! AAA Sucks!

Overall, AAA is good, but its website is the worst ever. It's hard to use, messy, and looks like it was designed by amateurs. I've never seen anything like this. As for the insurance itself, 5 stars.

If I could give negative 10000, I would. Imagine driving in your own lane, stuck in stop and go traffic. Then the car to your right cuts you off, leaving you with zero reaction time. It's the other driver's job to ensure it's safe to change lanes, but their negligence gets ignored, and I'm at fault? Terrible experience waiting 4 months to discover greed and their profit matters more than what's right. I don't recommend anyone doing business with this shady company. You'll just get scerwed. It's a shame that good, honest businesses are rare nowadays.

It’s been about 3 weeks trying to call

It’s been about 3 weeks trying to call and leaving messages about my claim. All I get is a voice mail that doesn’t help at all. I left some messages, but no one calls me back or gives any updates on my case. This agent is doing nothing for my claim. I wouldn’t give even one star to them. No wonder they have so many bad reviwes.
