    There's no real "agent"-you just get whoever picks up the phone, if someone is even available to answer. My premium shot up by $800 in a year, even though I didn't make any claims. I tried to reduce coverage on the storage shed since $35,000 seemed way too high for a shed that cost $3,000 to build for a lawnmower and some small tools. "Required coverage for outbuildings has to be at least 10% of the residence's value. This is our offer." MAJOR RIPOFF of a company.

    My experience with Liberty Mutual was disappointing

    I paid for my policy six months in advance, only to find out about an early cancellation fee when I switched to another insurance company. Liberty Mutual failed to inform me of this fee at the time of signing up, which left me feeling deceived and frustrated. This experience has led me to lose trust in the company, and I will not be returning as a customer in the future.

    Liberty Mutual's service was terrible.

    Liberty Mutual's service was terrible. A claims rep actually hung up. They won't give me the supervisor's number. My car got stolen and recovered on April 12, 2024. The adjuster messed up and didn't get the car back. Now the tow pound is suing me for the charges! And Liberty Mutual is just ignoring it.

    Canceled my policy and sent everything they needed, got proof of cancellation, and they keep calling and bothering me for payment. It's a joke—disorganized staff with no communication. They even sent me to collections. Liberty Mutual, one more try and I'll take legal action for harassment. Just stop!
