I got a plunge track saw, 55" track

I got a plunge track saw, 55" track, and 118" track. Saw and 55" track came on time. The 118" track had to go freight, took a few days more but within delivery time. Crate end broke, track bent, unusable. Called support, they sent a replacement, came earlier than expected. Replacement track was perfect. All tools in good shape after. Even though shipping caused damage, ToolOrbit fixed it fast. I'll use them again.

Despite checking the order online multiple times, it never indicated that the item was back-ordered or provided an estimated shipping date. It took four phone calls to customer service to finally clarify the situation. Improved order status communication would greatly enhance the customer experience.

BAIT & SWITCH!!

BAIT & SWITCH!! This company tried to trick me! I ordered DeWalt Razor Snap-Off knives marked on their website as "Bulk (6 Pack)". Both the Order Confirmation and the Shipping Confirmation said "Bulk (6 Pack)" too. But what I got was just one knife in an envelope, with no notice or communication from them at all. My online account showed the "Bulk (6 Pack)" order as fulfilled. I called Customer Service, but only reached voice mail. No one returned my call. They did reply to my next email pretty quickly, saying they only had 1 knife in stock and would send the rest later. They didn’t explain why the website listed it as "Bulk (6 pack)", why it showed as in stock, or why I wasn't informed that my order was incomplete. They also said they had no idea when the rest would be back in stock. After 3 emails without getting answers, I asked for a refund, which was approved, but they deducted the pro rata cost of the single knife I got. Given the time and trouble involved, I expected a full refund. This company is misleading and clearly does not care about ethics, customer support, or keeping customers. I will never try to buy anything from them again.
