A bit disappointed when our manual edge bander

A bit disappointed when our manual edge bander broke down after only a short time… BUT! Virutex Tools got back to me fast, had the part we needed, and the shipping was quick so we were up and running in no time! Stuff happens with tools, but their customer service made it all smooth!

Fantastic product! I ordered it and it arrived pretty fast, even from Southern California. It's a really good tool. My only concern is with the power switch—I hope it lasts.

Shipping cost too high at $72.00 with the product stored

Shipping cost too high at $72.00 with the product stored in Kissimmee and delivered to Palm Coast, a two-hour drive away. The delivery was late. The packing inside the tool was poor, as the Velcro strap holding the doweller broke and the contents were shaking in the case. Luckily, the product wasn't damaged, and the quality is good. The instruction manual was very basic, just pictures showing how to operate and set it up. I thought a $500 tool would come with better instructions than an IKEA chair.

I haven't got all the stuff I ordered yet. Most of it came, and it's fine. But I really need that wrench to put the knives together. I sent them an email, but they haven't got back to me yet.

The company could do better.

The company could do better. My FC116U came kinda loose in the crate. They should put some stuff in there to protect it. They need to be careful with how they send things.

I still have not received my order

I still have not received my order. WHERE IS IT??? I finally got it. However, there was no communication on the ship date, etc. Nothing wrong with the quality of the product, just took too long.

The portable strapping device isn't up to par, and I want to send it back. The concept seems okay, but it simply doesn't perform well.
