Exceptional service from Braun! When my faulty toothbrush, still under warranty, needed repair, their repair service exceeded expectations. Instead of fixing it, they promptly sent me a brand new replacement within a week. This swift and efficient resolution showcased Braun's commitment to customer satisfaction. I'm thoroughly pleased with the service provided.

I got this Braun vitality

I got this Braun vitality pro toothbrush. I not like the no charging light. You can't tell if the brush is turned off or on. It doesn't charge if it's on so you need to charge it before it stops as there's no low battery warning light. In this respect it's rubbish. I wish I had bought a different one.

Braun's customer service is really bad.

Braun's customer service is really bad. Toothbrush heads keep breaking, and they didn't help after 4 emails. They told me how to charge a toothbrush instead. I think their service is outside the UK, judging by the rude responses. Don't choose Braun. They don't help if you have a problem.

Product didn't work out of the box (first red flag), so sent for repair. Haven't heard anything since. Customer service extremly unhelpful and unwilling to provide any updates. Won't be buying Braun again.

I've used the same Braun shaver (8985) for 17 years, and it's been great. Recently, I bought a new head from Ebay. The packaging looked the same, but the head is different. It doesn't click into place, making it hard to attach and remove. The performance isn't as good as the old ones, and after 2 weeks, it’s no better than my 2-year-old foil. I wrote a review right after purchase, but now it’s gone. It feels like Braun might be pushing out the older shavers. The new head is low quality, and it takes more than 5 passes to get a decent shave. Braun seems to ignore customer feedback, responding with patronizing advice on shaving rather than addressing the poor quality of the replacement. They should realize that people buying the 51S replacement have been using the shaver for a long time and don’t need shaving tips. Disappointing Braun!

Bought a Braun Series 9 Pro

Bought a Braun Series 9 Pro 9477cc shaver (their top model) in October 2023. By February 2024, it was only lasting three days. Contacted Customer Service – quick responses, very friendly but seemed to miss my point. Eventually, they advised sending it to their Service Center. Got it back promptly with no fixes! They claimed it recharged fine (I agree) but didn’t test the discharge rate. Customer service wouldn’t change the battery (even with a two-year warranty) because it was made in September 2022 and bought on Ebay, so they couldn’t confirm if it was new. Doesn’t make sense! Terrible service, and now I'm stuck with a useless shaver just four months after buying. Avoid Braun.

The Oral B toothbrush experience has

The Oral B toothbrush experience has been consistently disappointing. Constant breakages and a disorganized customer service and dispatch center make the overall service shambolic. A supposed goodwill replacement turned out to be another faulty IQ version, leading to frustration. Finally receiving a replacement, only to find it's a Chinese version, adds to the overall dissatisfaction. The company's lack of concern for customer issues is evident throughout the experience.

The seller's service is shocking, and I'm reporting them to trading standards for selling faulty items. Customer service offered a mere £25 refund for a new shaver but demanded a receipt, which seems hypocritical. Caution is advised when dealing with this company.
