The guy was super helpful

The guy was super helpful and quick to get our order corrected and changed so that we could get it on time. What was frustrating was the website said when the order was placed 1-3 business days, but when I called to track it, it was actually 7-8 weeks!! So, the guy was the one who saved the day, got the item switched, and worked his magic to find us something that would work in its place and got it to us sooner for our project. Great work!!

My order, totaling $60, was marred by an unpleasant surprise - a hefty $44 in unexpected import charges upon delivery. This unforeseen cost left me dissatisfied, and I've decided not to make any future purchases from this company.
