It made the recovery process so much easier. We ordered it on a Thursday, and it arrived on Tuesday. The rental rates were really fair, and we got free return shipping. Every time I called, I talked to someone who knew what they were talking about, and the package had easy-to-follow instructions.

You dispatched Epi pens to me with an expiration date of fewer than 6 months, which is quite problematic considering the exorbitant cost of these items. This is unacceptable, especially given that there has been a standing agreement that medications should not be shipped with an expiration date of less than 12 months. Additionally, my order for a case of 1cc syringes fell short, as only 10 syringes were included, contrary to the information on the packing slip that indicated no items were on back order. Furthermore, several items have been on back order for an extended period without resolution. These issues are currently a source of dissatisfaction for me.

Additionally, the points earned in their program expire, so if you intend to redeem anything, be prepared to spend a significant amount of money. Their free shipping offer is also contingent on spending nearly $200. If you're looking to save on medical supplies, you might find better deals on Amazon.

Quite upset. Needed devices for accident victims quickly. Ordered 34 Curaplex extrication devices on Amazon. Got six boxes with 4 each via Fed Ex. Shipping info said six boxes sent, 4 in each. Missing 10 devices. Will dispute AX payment since Amazon can't help. Hoping to resolve this without more issues.
