I’ve never worked with 3D printed items before, but I needed a custom piece for my 4x5 field camera. The item I received was exactly what I asked for, strong, and built to last through regular use. I was surprised by how sturdy and heavy the print turned out. I’m really happy I chose JawsTec instead of buying my own 3D printer. It made more sense to have experts take care of the print, and I’ll definitely be choosing JawsTec for any future 3D printing needs.

I can speak to a real person instead of a virtual AI and I dislike the delay in texting. This is my initial month with your system. Placing an order is quite simple. Adjusting or editing is not easy. I often have to begin anew and re-enter details. I sense this company is aiming to get better.

The experince was a bit dissapointing

The experince was a bit dissapointing, but not coz of Jawstec qualty or service which was ok. The parts needed ultra fine details n small channels which thier process couldn't do, or the channels weren't cleaned well. So, parts were useless.
