I gave Fictiv a ring a week before our big

I gave Fictiv a ring a week before our big tech demo. We needed four big plastic boxes (10"x10"x2.5") with some small details. With our little Zortrax M200 3D printer, we'd have to split the box into 8 bits and join them after, taking over a week. Getting a price was really easy. They lay out all the choices for materials, color, and how fast it can be made, with lots of info. I just sent the parts and in an hour I got a price. Even though Fictiv had a lot of orders that week, they sorted out printing and went the extra mile--taking calls anytime, working off-hours and weekends to make sure the prints came on time. They kept us updated on production. If there was a problem, they let us know and told us all our choices. I want to shout out to Sunny, Fictiv's Hardware Coordinator. Sunny took extra care over our prints to make sure they were on time. He's a good and honest communicator and a logistical genius--he made sure our prints fit in despite all the other orders. For our last part, he stayed late to get it to us as soon as possible. We got all the parts and they were excellent quality. One of the best experiences I've had with a business due to their care and customer service. Looking forward to working with them again soon!

I’ve had a good experience working with Fictiv

I’ve had a good experience working with Fictiv on my recent prototyping orders. In my view, their ability to quickly analyze actual prints for CNC parts is better than many others, allowing for instant quotes on parts with features that others can’t manage for automated quoting. There have been some small issues with the instant quote tool, especially when it comes to special finishes or materials, but their customer service is always helpful. Up to now, my parts have arrived on time, matching the print, and the pricing is fair.

But when Fictiv's support team got in touch, we compared costs and found out that Fictiv was actually more affordable, with similar production and shipping times. Their support team was really helpful, they explained the finishes thoroughly and ensured I was ready for my first CNC run. I've decided to stick with Fictiv from now on.
