It took me a few times to get a quote, but once I had it from Vance everything went smoothly. The folks arranging will-call and the guy in the warehouse loading me up were also helpful with good attention to detail. I'll use them again next time I need racking.

However, there was a slight hiccup regarding the delivery method; we were informed of a flatbed truck delivery but received our product via an enclosed truck instead. While this led to some unexpected challenges unloading at our facility, the overall service and quality of the product overshadowed this issue. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would gladly do business with SJF again due to their outstanding team and commitment to customer satisfaction.
