The company's website had more details than I expected, comparable to Dell's info provision. However, finding some details was trickier than it should've been. I had to visit a 3rd party site for dimensions, but later found them on your site while randomly clicking around. Material details varied a lot, making me think certain things were tested for each type. It was confusing. Overall, I got a lot of info to make an informed decision, more than usual when buying furniture. There's definitely room to improve, but considering other furniture stores, you deserve 5 stars.

It took me a long time to locate a phone number for a basic query about which arm pad matches my chair (I eventually found it on another site: humanscale.pissedconsumer.com). Isn't there an online check for this? Why isn't there a phone number available? Regrettably, I invested over a thousand dollars in this chair years ago, and now I'm stuck with it even though the plastic material is all deteriorated. If I were to purchase a new one today, I would certainly opt for a different brand.
