This was my first time dealing with TheStudio, and I must say, it was a great experience. Right from the start, I found their ordering process to be straightforward. I uploaded my artwork and chose my options without any trouble. Shortly after, they sent me the initial draft of the graphics, which matched what I had in mind. I requested a few tweaks, and they were quickly accommodated, making the whole process hassle-free. Once I approved the production, they kept me updated every step of the way until it was shipped. The shipping was speedy, and everything arrived well-packaged. Overall, I'm really pleased with the outcome. If I ever need something similar in the future, I'll definitely go back to them.

I've completed two projects

I've completed two projects with thestudio. Both came out really well (an embroidered patch and a challenge coin). I've already told friends who want to do similar projects about them. I had some trouble picturing the coin during the draft review to understand how it would look. It wasn't clear how deep the engraving would be or how detailed it could get. The designers and I went back and forth a few times using their draft tool until it was just right. The final patch and coins are amazing! They look and feel great, and I've gotten lots of compliments on the quality.

I've worked with The/Studio for a few custom patches, and every time, they've been quick to respond. They keep me updated at every step, making sure I understand and approve each stage. I send in my artwork, they show me a mockup, I approve it, and then they make the patches. The whole process takes about two to three weeks. My latest order, which was for more patches, came even quicker, in less than two weeks. Their work is great, and my clients love the patches. If you need custom patches, these are the people to go to.

Always happy with what I get. My only gripe? Shipping could be a bit more straightforward to my place. Right now, I've got to use a forwarding service, and it's a bit of a hassle. But hey, if they sort that out, it'd be perfect!
