The website made it easy to order online. My package arrived sooner than expected, in great condition. Installing it was simple. The car started right up after following the steps. I'd suggest VIN programming for any DIYers. It seems to have fixed the start issue and some other electrical quirks. Choosing the core and rental options was fair and appealing.

Service and product are good, but the rebuilt tipm lacks a lid. The checkout missed the option to buy one. Better details or highlighting would help. Overall, the experience was excellent, as was the customer service.

I'm not very pleased with the process right now.
I'm not very pleased with the process right now. Even with 2-day shipping, it took longer to get the product than I thought. The product was easy to install. However, it was the final piece needed to fix the AC, and the AC still isn't working. I've done several soft resets as directed.

Ordering from MAK's was a breeze. Found their website super easy to use, and the YouTube video they provided made the installation process feel like a piece of cake. Decided to pay a little extra to sync the TIPM to my truck, and it worked like a charm on the first try. Just mailed back the old core today. Definitely planning to tell all my friends about MAK's. Had this old 2010 Grand
Had this old 2010 Grand Caravan, right? The door lock fuses and wipers kept blowing out like crazy. Thought it was the TIPM, so I sent it in. Amal was super helpful, figured out it had internal shorts. In no time, I got a rebuilt TIPM back, and boom, I was driving again in a week. Man, what a relief!

My truck was acting up,
My truck was acting up, and the first TIPM replacement didn't help. Frustrated, I got a second one under warranty and also grabbed an FCM. Happy to say, my truck's running smooth now. Big shoutout to Mr. Henry for his awesome advice and guidance through the whole fix. Thanks a ton! - Robert Mendoza
