    Service was amazing

    Service was amazing and it truly saved my daughter's birthday. We went to a few fancy jewelry stores but felt judged and only shown cheap stuff. My daughter was sad. We tried Tiffany in Manchester. I told them it's her 18th and she's upset. They treated her like a princess. She left happy. I hope Tiffany in Selfridges Manchester sees this review because they were amazing. She talked about it all the way home.

    I had this bracelet from Milan that broke a while back. I reached out to the store, since I don't live in Italy, and Camilla and Emanuela were really helpful. They told me how much it would cost to fix and how to pay for it and send it back. They even called me to double-check my address. Every time I emailed them (which was quite a few times), they got back to me quickly. Good job to everyone at the Milan store. You guys are a real credit to the company!

    Visited Tiffany's yesterday. Upon entering, was instructed to wait by a security guard. Then, approached by the head salesman, who questioned my presence. Mentioned my interest in exploring the silver on the 3rd floor, which seemed to satisfy him as I proceeded. Felt intimidated and found the encounter rude, especially considering the empty store. Tiffany's shouldn't judge based on appearances! Won't be making any future purchases from them, despite having been a frequent customer. Despite the salesman's charm and recognition from past visits, opted not to make a purchase this time. Treatment was simply unacceptable.

    I reached out to inquire about click and collect, but they informed me it wasn't available in my region. They suggested scheduling an appointment. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn that the item I wanted had been reserved by someone else. Given the inconvenience of the store's location for me, their alternative suggestion was a similar item at 1.5 times the price. Not the smoothest experience, and it left me dissatisfied with the outcome.

    I bought three items from Tiffany. A ring made my finger turn black, a gold necklace snapped after just two uses, and a bracelet’s clasp broke in three months. Fixing it cost $200. Terrible. Don’t waste your money. I won’t buy from them again. Buyer beware.

    I came here hoping to find a lot of great reviews, but I was very dissapointed. I bought a necklace for my wife's 50th, and after just 15 months, it broke. I contacted customer service online, then took it to the store. Tiffany's didn't seem bothered, saying it was just wear and tear. Honestly, I expected more from a company with such a big name. I paid the repair fee because my wife loves the necklace, but I do feel like I've been taken advantage of. From the way they respond to reviews, it's clear they care more about money than the customer experience.

    The customer service is terrible. I purchased a bracelet in March 2023 and only wore it a few times. After five months, the clasp broke. I had to cover the shipping cost to send it back for inspection. To my dismay, they claimed there was no manufacturing defect, and they want £80 for a replacement. They mentioned there's no warranty on their jewelry, which I find absurd. I won't be shopping with them again. Cheaper high street jewelers replace items without hassle!

The so-called concierge service is a far cry from its title, resembling a standard street shop. Tiffany & Co's promises proved unreliable, making it hard to trust their assurances. Definitely not the elevated service one would expect from a renowned brand.

    Ordered a necklace for my daughter’s 18th birthday, expecting it to arrive in 3-5 days as promised. It didn't. This was through their customer service, which is supposed to be top-notch. My daughter, who’s an outpatient at Addenbrooks due to a metabolic disorder, was so excited for this milestone. That little turquoise box with the white ribbon was all we wanted to make the day special. I even called and ordered it because it had just come back in stock, and I was assured it would arrive in time. Such a letdown from a brand that claims to offer luxury and excellent service. Totally ruined what should’ve been an amazing day.

    I recently bought a bracelet for £265 from Tiffany & Co. but accidentally used my old address. I contacted them immediately through email, chat, and WhatsApp, but got no response. Early the next morning, I called customer service. The lady told me to change the address with DPD myself, but I couldn't change the whole postcode, just the house number. She just kept repeating the same thing. DPD said only the sender could change the address. Now I’m waiting for my parcel to get lost. Tiffany & Co., a reputed company, offered no help at all. I’ve had better service from smaller companies. Definitely not shopping here again.

Sent it back for repairs, had to pay for shipping, and it got returned as undeliverable. Tried again, more shipping costs, finally they received it. They hit me with a £75 repair fee and another £10 for return postage. Found out later my local jeweller could fix it for £35—basically what I spent on shipping alone!     I’ve shopped at Tiffany's for years, always thinking they were top-notch. Got a ring, wore it maybe six times in 10 months, and it cracked. Took it back, thinking they'd fix it no problem. Instead, they said it was our fault for wearing it and wanted £145 to repair. Seriously? For a so-called "quality brand," this is just bad. The lady who helped us was rude too, like she didn't care at all. She was all smiles when we bought it, but now it’s a different story. Won’t be going back to Tiffany's ever. Save your money and go somewhere that actually stands by their products.
