I purchased one for deer season, left it set up from August to February, and it held up well. Perfect for outings with the boys. When I ordered, the delivery was swift, and a 20% discount for two more prompted me to buy additional units. Now, with three in hand, I'm geared up for spring turkey season and ground setups in thick, holly-filled woods. Overall, it's a solid deal in my opinion.

Their customer support was great. I had an issue and they resolved it quick and kindly. Blind is slick on set up and see through ability. Check all the different types. Some are better for kids and bows. Great product and great people that make sure you know that you are important. I will order more from them.

Despite contacting customer service, I was informed the product was out of warranty. While the customer service team was polite, their inability to address the issue left me dissatisfied. As a customer seeking reliable products and responsive service, this experience has led me to reconsider TideWe for future purchases. Four hunters will be exploring alternative options for our outdoor gear needs, hoping for a company that stands behind both its products and customers.

Their tracking system is worthless, and when confronted, they shift the blame to customers. Despite my efforts, the post office claimed the tracking number (AS836335897CN, Order No. 2024010755292762) doesn't exist. The company's solution? A mere 20% off postage for a non-existent package. This raises concerns about the legitimacy of the company; it appears to be scamming numerous customers.
