I needed a red baton to engrave as a gift at upcoming ceremony. By the time I found an engraver and a baton online, I was squished for time because it was graduation and track season making stock limited and engravers' time full. I had already ordered a red baton from a different company, but it didn't seem like it would arrive in time. I re-looked on the internet and found Anthem. They filled my order immediately and shipped it the day I ordered. I was amazed that I received my order the very next day and that was by regular mail delivery. I was able to get it to the engraver in time for the ceremony. The baton was a more pleasing deeper red than the other one I ordered from the different company and it had a matte finish which I wanted. I wish every company had a turn-around time like Anthem. The bug pod turned out to be even more useful than I imagined. It was the only option I found that didn’t require any poles in the ground. When the package arrived, I was a bit doubtful, thinking how could this possibly be big enough to sit in. But once I opened it, it was all neatly packed in a round bag, and with a little nudge, it popped right up! The zippers are great, leaving no gaps. Totally happy with it. If you want something to keep the bugs off, this is the product for you.

Unfortunately, the reality is different—there's no way to fasten it as depicted in the pictures. Despite this disappointment, the product itself boasts great quality, compelling me to keep it. Nevertheless, it deviates from what I initially sought in my shopping, and had I known beforehand, I might have continued my search elsewhere.

I had to drill the holes myself because they didn’t match up with the buttons, and the pieces are just tacked together. Given what I paid, I expected a better finish. The first person I spoke to appeared to be unaware of the product or its replacement parts. She outright claimed that the company did not offer standalone replacement parts and couldn't assist me. This left me quite puzzled and disappointed as I expected a more helpful response, especially after being referred by the manufacturer. I called the company again, and this time, I was fortunate to speak with Julie. She was a breath of fresh air. Julie was not only knowledgeable about the product but also committed to helping me. She took the initiative to contact Gared, determine the exact issue, and ensure we got the replacement part on order. Her exceptional service and dedication made a significant difference. While the resolution was ultimately positive, the delayed replacement part arrived too late for our school's first volleyball tournament. In a pinch, a teacher's husband had to weld the broken piece back together, which was far from an ideal solution.

Unfortunately, the net sags to the floor, and attempting to tighten it only leads to the poles collapsing. Despite efforts to enhance stability with additional weight, the net remains unusable. This purchase turned out to be a regrettable investment of $2000.00.
