The communication and delivery were a letdown
I recently had quite an experience with a company and thought I'd share. The sales guy I dealt with was genuinely helpful, but the rest of the process was pretty frustrating. We shelled out a hefty sum for expedited shipping, expecting things to arrive quickly. However, when the package didn't show up on time, there was radio silence from the company. I had to chase them down for answers. The items finally arrived more than a month late, way past the events we needed them for in late April. In my opinion, the expedited shipping fee should be refunded, since it was completely pointless. Overall, while the sales interaction was positive, the communication and delivery were a letdown.
