I've owned helmets from various origins, including those manufactured in China for the Russian market and Europe. This particular helmet caught my eye upon release, prompting me to acquire and test it out, and it has finally arrived. Initial impressions are positive, with the weight, cut, texture/finish, and comfort of the pads standing out. The slightly elevated cut enhances comfort when wearing headsets with headbands and mounts. Additionally, it facilitates the use of eye protection without causing discomfort or obstructing airflow, reducing the risk of fogging. Weighing in at around 1.36kg / 3lb, it proves to be exceptionally lightweight. The harness attachment, utilizing screws instead of the typical velcro, turned out to be a better approach. This design allows for greater flexibility in placement, accommodating various needs and sizes. While adjusting to the new MLOK mounts for my headset and helmet light presents a challenge, I've been informed that Ballistic Armor is working on solutions, so there's anticipation for upcoming developments. I appreciate the choice of aluminum for the side rails and NV mount over plastic alternatives, and my Wilcox L4G24 mount seamlessly integrates with them.

This company is the real deal. At first, I had an issue with getting the helmet I ordered, and it took longer than expected. But Travis and his team really stepped up to make sure I got my helmet. Impressed by this company and its product! I purchased helmets for my police department. They sent trial helmets, keeping us updated throughout. Solid customer service and an excellent helmet. The latest model is top-notch – impeccable fit and finish, lightweight, comfortable, and quality attachments. A bonus: it's now made in the USA!

Bought a ballistic helmet. Digging the fit and feel. No tests yet, but I'm up for it – can even shoot a vid if you toss another my way. All jokes aside, it holds its own against pricier helmets, and the cost is reasonable.

Foremost, the company boasts stellar customer service. My experience with the Gen 3 Bastion Helmet in Multicam left me astounded by its quality. Undoubtedly, investing in this American-made product proved worthwhile.

Awesome experience. I’m not sure why, but when I bought it, I got a fraud alert. Or I had to verify it with my bank. I can’t tell if that’s my bank’s fault or yours. Everything else was really great.

Customer support is practically

Customer support is practically absent. The rails on the helmets are way off and can't be used for any important extras like helmet-mounted lights or earmuffs. The bungees on the rails snapped the first night I used them. I should've chosen the Team Wendy bump helmet, but I wanted to back a small company. Won't be investing in their gear again. Can't really suggest the helmet for anything other than working out your neck.
