You guys are awesome!!! I contacted Customer Service about the 2nd magazine for my M-1 Carbine that wouldn’t hold CO2. They responded quickly and sent a replacement with no hassle at all!! Just wanted to say again... You guys are awesome!!!

The rifle showed up the same day I ordered it! Unfortunately, it had a leak that couldn’t be repaired over the phone. The support team was nice and assisted me, but when it became clear that it wasn’t an easy fix, they quickly arranged for a return. They’ll send me a new one as soon as they have more in stock.

I've had issues with charges from Pyramyd Air on back orders. They charged me different amounts without prior notice or providing an updated invoice, which was frustrating. While I understand back orders may fluctuate, better communication about any changes in charges would have been appreciated. It's important for companies to keep customers informed when adjustments are made to their orders, even for back-ordered items.
