I made a reservation from New York to MIA for my family at a great rate... at first, when I checked the airline's website, it said cancel... I called customer service, and they told me they had already sent the tickets with a new record locator at the same price... I was a bit worried about the trip... but everything went well... good offers... friendly customer service... I will definitely book again...
