I was looking into silk materials for better sleep and came across ThxSilk from Reddit. My experience with their service and products is a solid 10 out of 10! My package arrived quickly, within the same week of my order. It was wrapped up very well. Customer service was pleasant and quick to respond. I really liked the free gift of an extra pillowcase. I spent a lot on a silk pillow, a night cap, and a pillowcase. I tend to sleep hot, so the silk material helps me stay cooler. The fabric is genuine, smooth, and keeps my dry, rough hair under control.

I like them a lot. I purchased their silk blanket a while ago and have been using it since then. I really enjoy it. The quality is great and it meets my needs in all ways. After that, I started following this brand more closely, always looking at their website. I noticed that a few of their silk pillowcases have pretty designs, and they also offer discounts. The design of the silk pillowcases I bought is a constellation one, which perfectly matches my baby's sleeping bag from Woolino. Soooo cute! A nice bedding that you like can really boost your mood.

I'm no expert. First time using silk. After 2 months, very happy with quality of silk and sleep. After each wash with woolen detergent, it gets better, softer, smoother. Sun never seen it. One day, making bed, silk stuck at corner, heard bad sound. Sure I ripped it off. But nope, nothing... good as new xD. My fitted set is 25 momme, duvet cover 22 momme (the one which stuck). I'll wait a year of heavy use. If things stay same, I'll buy more silk. It's expensive but nice. I'm very happpy.

When these arrived they had a little crease that first looked like a manufacturing error, but once pulled over my pillow I couldn’t see it anymore, so I don't mind.

Purchased two sets of Mulberry silk bedding. Waited over two weeks for delivery, then sent an email. Company replied after my third email, and I finally received the items. Disappointed to find out it's not actually silk. Very unhappy with this pricey purchase. Avoid buying from this company!

Major red flags! Trying to reach customer service, and it's like hitting a brick wall. Needed a simple fix for my surname because it got jumbled up in the order, but the email I used before is a goner. Starting to smell like a scam situation. Not cool at all!
