The Cyclopure team was helpful, fast with their analysis, and eager to answer queries. We might be able to warn private well owners, the public, and fishermen about PFAS dangers. Many public water systems are just starting to test for PFAS. If PFAS is detected, it might take a while for utilities to add filtration or RO systems. It's nice that Cyclopure has reliable home and utility-scale filtration options. People could decide to add a home system while their utility works on PFAS treatment. Thank you Cyclopure!

I like the product and would rate it 5 stars. HOWEVER, the website is not working right: I tried to cancel my subscription, and I ended up getting TWO replacement cartridges! I was billed for both! On Monday, I plan to fix this by calling the company. Hope it goes well!
