I encountered some issues with the shipping process. Initially, my bike was mistakenly sent to Chicago instead of California. However, they promptly sent a replacement bike with next-day delivery and waived the original shipping fee. Unfortunately, the second bike had a faulty tube, but they are sending a replacement free of charge. Thanks for your assistance.

The bag looks just like the pictures, really good quality, and it comes with its own dustbag. The shipping details were tracked really well. I could see every step from the US to Spain, which is the best I've seen. After seeing this attention to detail, I'm thinking of selling my luxury handbags in TRR. Thanks a lot!

Serena is the best, most effecient, helpful and super friendly retail sales assistant I’ve had the pleasure in dealing with. Would definately travel the 45 minutes again to shop at her store.
