I'm a new buyer at Smith's Surplus. I bought some US Army Molle 3-day assault packs two weeks ago. They were used packs graded as "very good". After getting them and checking, I must say these packs are awesome. They look almost brand new with no noticeable wear. I got similar packs from another company before, but they lacked back support and had a bad smell. The smell was so bad it stank up my house and I had to move them to my garage to air out. But the packs from Smith's Supply had no smell at all. They were really clean. Overall, these packs from Smith's Supply were a great buy. I'm very happy with them and won't hesitate to buy from this company again.

Decent shape overall. Filbe pack had an emptied bladder, but water lingered in the tube. Not ideal for storage, yet the tube seems unaffected. Possibly sipped some camp Gieger water. Here's to it, lads.

There was a small problem with my order's shipping. But they replied really quickly, fixed the problem right away. I was impressd with their custmer service and will definitely order again.

Item still has not arrived and we ordered it on May 2nd seller is not communicating the reasons as to why the item is late and will not answer emails

Unprofessional seller I ordered the product on May 2nd. It is now May 12th the seller has changed the delivery date repeatedly without notifying me. The seller refuses to respond to my emails. They do not understand why they have changed the delivery date over and over again. It is as simple as writing an email to me to let me know that there will be a delay. I let the seller know that I needed the item as soon as possible. The original delivery date was supposed to be only a few days away from purchase date. We are now over 2 weeks late and the items still has not arrived. Very unprofessional non-communicative. We'll never buy from this company again. Just to let you know there were other sellers on eBay that had the same exact item for a lot less and we chose to go with Smith's because of their reputation. That was our mistake.
