My latest experience was a warranty replacement
My latest experience was a warranty replacement, not the original purchase. Still, everything was managed quickly and without hassle. SylvanSport really stands by their customers, doing their best to treat everyone with fairness and respect. Even though the issue was small, SylvanSport offered to fully replace the product. I hope they can fix it and send it back out for someone else to enjoy.

Last night of camping faced 80 to 90 mph winds. The trailer barely moved, the GoZebo was tossed around but only one pole got bent, all the rest stayed intact, and the popup kitchen canopy was almost wrecked. Strong materials. Buying new poles was easy. The only hiccup was the chatbot not quite grasping the problem. Other than that, everything was good.

Nice staff and a skilled team overall. They're friendly, helpful, and open about the products without pushing you. Luckily, we live nearby, so we were able to stop by two days in a row. The first time was just to check things out, and the second was to be sure we needed this tool…the Go Easy trailer.

I gave it 4 stars since I haven't used the camp stove holder for travel or camping yet. I appreciate its appearance, how easy it is to set up, and the purpose it'll serve. It arrived promptly, and considering the cost, it seems durable and of decent quality.
