I was very impress with the customer service. I have used Storyblocks in the past and enjoyed my experience but I was incorrectly charged a renewal when my account was not set to renew. I expected a hassle trying to get my account refunded but I experienced the exact opposite from Franco. This only makes it more likely I will use Storyblocks again in the future.

The support team lacks engagement and fails to resolve problems promptly. Despite a monthly unlimited download subscription, downloading content is an ongoing challenge with no resolution in sight. Communication with the company yields zero responses, and resolutions are drawn out.
