Outstanding customer service and

Outstanding customer service and a nice variety of scales at reasonable prices, especially when compared to other scale websites. I wouldn't trust getting a precision instrument from those mega-huge and cheap sites (you know which ones). Even if you were considering it, their options are limited and on the lower end. After doing some thorough research and deciding to make a purchase here, I strongly suggest ScalesPlus for anyone in need of a scale for their business.

The scale is satisfactory, serving its purpose well. However, it's a secondary unit to our existing Tree scale, and discrepancies in part counts (around 5,000 pcs. per lb.) have been noted—7 pieces different between the two scales. We plan to calibrate using a certified 200 Gram weight standard recently purchased. Interested in insights on calibrating a manufactured scale.

I got this old battery-powered

I got this old battery-powered digital scale. Stopped working after months. So, I went for old-style mechanical scale, no batteries. This is strong, well-made scale. I'd like bigger, easier-to-read numbers, but it's ok. I use 4 sliding plastic marks for my weight and goal. It'll outlive me.

Working with this company is a joy, and their customer service is great! They really back up their products. We had a hiccup with a scale, and they quickly sent us a new one. Their handling of the issue was fantastic – I’ll always get my scales from them.

I was lookin' for a 300g calibration weight. I worked with customer service who helped direct me to a good affordable choice, and cancel my previous, unnecessary, more expensive item I had already purchased. They were helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

The product we acquired was faulty

The product we acquired was faulty from the get-go, and to add to the inconvenience, it arrived sans the essential power cord. Despite reaching out to the sales department via email, regrettably, there has been no response thus far.

The sales representative assured

The sales representative assured me of the part's compatibility, but upon arrival, it differed from the website image. They seemed clueless about the discrepancy and, upon returning it, I was slapped with a restocking fee. Communication and product alignment were disappointing.
